Hey,we had similar problems in our city and last year we had made some changes.Our youth association have created a local voluntary services for young people with fewer opportunities where youngsters are providing a tourist tours,tourist make donation to the association and in for this job youngsters a getting free lunch, English classes and free entrances to local sport club and discos.
