Youngsters of Tallinn think that their voice is not heard enough by the institutions. They feel they are not involved in the decision making process and they think their needs are not fulfilled.
On the other side, a percentage of young people say that in Estonia there are possibilities for young people to be active and to let their voice be listened by institutions. Youth Council in Tallinn City, informal youth groups, youth organizations and youth sections of political parties are some of the options.
Many of those organizations are members of Estonian National Youth Council which is an umbrella organization for all youth organizations in Estonia and which is mediator between active youth and state institutions.
Beside this, a big number of young Estonians do not take the possibility to be active through these bodies. How can they be involved?
